This camp is for all YHS athletes. The camp fee is $100 and runs for 6 weeks beginning June 22. Camp consists of 1.5 hours of weight training and 1 hour of speed / agility training. We know athletes have a busy summer with vacations and other camps so, this camp is set up for athletes to come and go as their schedule permits. Obviously, the more you are here the better the results!

Due to such a great turnout last year we are offering separate camps for 9th - 10th boys, Varsity Boys and all female athletes.
Camp Hours:
9th & 10th Camp: 6:30am - 9am (meet on the track)
Varsity Camp: 6am - 8:30am (meet in high school weight room)
Female Athletes: 8am - 10:30am (meet on the track)

Training will include: speed ladders, plyometrics, resistance training, dot drills, jump ropes, mini- hurdles, parachute work, sled drills, power pull training, bungee drills and many other types of training.

Basic athletic training will be provided for minor injuries. However, should a serious injury occur parent/guardian will be notified via the emergency phone numbers provided.
